We’ll go along the TransCaucasian highway with several stops on the way: Uastyrdji monument in Tamisk, Mizur ghost-town, Zaramag water reserve, museum of Kosta Hetagurov in Nar village, the border of Russia and South Ossetia.

On the way to Tskhinval we’ll turn left to Djery-dzuar, the most important holy place of Ossetian people in South Ossetia.

In the evening we’ll arrive to Tskhinval.
Short walking tour in the town.
Dinner.
Overnight at Iriston 4* hotel.

In the morning we’ll have breakfast with one of the cultural leaders of the local community.

After that we’ll go west to visit Armazi church, constructed in 864 year and Leningor town with the castle of Ksani eristavs.

After that we’ll go to the border zone of Artsev village.

First we’ll visit Ikorta church (1147 year) and after that visit the vineyards of Tola Goyaev and taste his wine.

Come back to Tskhinval.
Overnight at Iriston 4* hotel.

In the morning we’ll visit Tir monastery and then go higher to the mountains on the border with Russia. We’ll visit White Tual’s gorge with tiny villages, medieval towers and mineral water springs.

After lunch in one of the villages we’ll go back to Russia.

Overnight at “Chillawi” glamping nearby Tsey village.

Picturesque breakfast with a view of Tsey rocky ridge and glaciers.

Transfer to the airport of Grony.
